The European Robotics Forum 2026 will take place at STAVANGER FORUM. It is one of the main venues at Siddis Center and offers a total of 25 meeting rooms with a capacity of 10 to 1707 persons, and exhibition areas of circa 30,000 m2. Stavanger Forum has conducted a number of national and international events.
STAVANGER FORUM CONFERENCE CENTRE
The scientific program will be arranged in the Stavanger Forum Conference Centre, that is closely linked to Stavanger Forum Hotel Thon Partner.
The plenary sessions and the opening and closing ceremony will take place in Imi Forum – view virtual tour – the largest auditorium within the conference centre, which can seat up to 1700 people in theatre style, while the euRobotics General Assembly and the workshops will take place in Stavanger Forum Conference Centre.
FORUM EXPO
The exhibition will be located in the Forum Expo – view virtual tour – which has a capacity of 4700 m². This will also be the venue for the lunches, attracting the delegates to the marketplace, and for the Hackathon.
ACCESSIBILITY
The vast majority of the conference facilities are accessible for wheelchair users either directly from the ground floor or via elevator. The conference centre has disabled toilet facilities on the ground floor.
The largest conference halls, Lysefjord and Mastrafjorden, are equipped with a telecoil.
