🕓 REGISTRATION OPENING HOURS (for pre-registered and new participants)
The Registration Desk, located on ground floor of Forum Expo, will be at disposal of participants during the following hours:
23 March → 10h00 – 17h00
24 March → 08h00 – 17h00
25 March → 08h00 – 17h00
26 March → 08h00 – 15h00
Timings are preliminary and subject to changes.
Only credit cards accepted for new registration and social events payments.

All meeting areas are covered by a dedicated, free Wi-Fi connection, during the duration of the Forum.

🪪 BADGE PRINTING (for pre-registered participants)
Here’s everything you need to know to make your on-site experience as smooth and efficient as possible:
- Few days before the event you will receive a Confirmation Letter with your personal barcode
- Print or save on your device the letter and scan the barcode at the Registration Desks
- Collect your badge and coupons, if any

🧥 CLOAKROOMS
There will be 2 cloakrooms, one per each building, both on grond floor, that will be at participants’ disposal, free of charge, with the following opening hours:
23 March → 12h30 – 17h00
24 March → 08h00 – 20h00 (cloakroom in Stavanger Forum closed at 18h00)
25 March → 08h00 – 18h30
26 March → 08h00 – 16h00

💼 WORKING AREAS
A Working Area is available in the Exhibition Area, level 0 of the Forum Expo with desks, chairs, and plugs, and in the Forum Plaza, level 0 of the Stavanger Forum, both from March 23 to 26.
🎮 COMPETITION AREA
A competition area will be set up in the Forum Plaza, on the ground floor of the Stavanger Forum, and competitions will be held from 24 to 26 March. An award ceremony will be held on 26 March in the area.
Here below the competitions that will take place:
- MathWorks Minidrone Competition
- Robotics Automation: Drone Assembly Hackathon
- Fire-Response Robotics Hackathon
🤝 B2B MATCHMAKING
In addition to participating in the ERF exhibition, participants have the unique opportunity to get in contact with potential business partners or project cooperation partners via 1:1 meetings in our EEN matchmaking session.
There will be two separate sessions at Forum Deli, on the first floor of Forum Expo, as follows:
- March 23rd from 14:00 – 15:30
- March 24th from 16:00 – 17:20
🎯 ACTIVITY AREA
An activity area will be at sponsor’s disposal, right near the working area, to showcase their products. Reservation of the space can be done directly on-site from 23rd March at 10:00 a.m.
Sponsors can book their preferred slot (slot available are either during coffee breaks or lunches) at the registration desk. Please note that the area will be provided empty, no furniture or AV equipment.
🥘 LUNCHES AND REFRESHMENTS
Coffee breaks and lunches are included in the participants’ registration fee. They are held in the Forum Expo, ground floor, at the catering points, from March 24 to 26.
🗣 LANGUAGE
The official language of the Forum is English. Simultaneous translation is not provided.
📃 POSTERS AREA
The poster area is located in Forum Deli, on the first floor of Forum Expo.

🚑 MEDICAL ASSISTANCE/EMERGENCIES
Participants in need of medical assistance should contact the Registration Desks located at the entrance of the congress venue.
🚭 NO-SMOKING
Smoking in the Meeting area is not allowed.
📵 MOBILE PHONES
Delegates are kindly requested to set their mobile phones on silent mode in the Rooms where scientific sessions are being held.

Congress organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries or for loss of or damage to property belonging to congress participants, either during or because of the Congress. Therefore, please check the validity of your own insurance.
